Driven by a passion for helping the community, Surendra Bapusaheb Pathare has an extensive experience in running community service programs by the means of an NGO founded by him in association with a group of engineers who are passionate about giving back to the society and in partnership with local communities.
Believing in the idea of servant leadership and serving the community in a very selfless manner, Surendra Bapusaheb Pathare shows a keen interest in philanthropy and leverages his engineering education to solve problems for the needy in a very logical and optimal way.
Taking inspiration from his father, Bapusaheb Tukaram Pathare who is an Indian politician and a former member of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly, Surendra has also devoted his efforts for the betterment of the society through social work and bringing development to Vadgaon Sheri constituency, Pune.
Through his relentless work under the Surendra Pathare Foundation (SPF), various areas of Vadgaon Sheri constituency have seen massively significant changes in terms of standard of life, social reform and ease of availing various services.
